PUMPKIN WITH EGGS AND MILK

Ingredients:
1kg raw pumpkin
600ml of milk
5 eggs
200gr brown sugar

Cooking:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes
Put it in baking dish and bake it until soft.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk
Pour the egg mixture on the pumpkin.
Bake it for 20min at 200C degrees.
