PUMPKIN CREAM SOUP

900gr. raw pumpkin
1 onion
1 celery root
1 carrot
1 sweet potato
800ml chicken broth
2 persimmoms
150ml milk
1tsp nutmeg
salt and pepper
25gr. butter

Melt the butter in a pot.Peel and cut the onion,celery root,carrot,potato,pumpkin and persimmoms and add to the pot.
Cook for 5-10min until brown.
Pour the chicken broth.Add the nutmeg.Leave it to boil.After boiling,reduce the heat and simmer for 40min until soft.
After that,blend with blender or hand blender.Add the milk oafter blending.
Season with salt and pepperand serve.
