Healthy and sweet breakfast for everyday!
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 egg whites
1/4 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp liquid sweetener or stevia
Preheat a non stick pan and spray with cooking spray or Olive oil.
In a shaker or bowl,mix all of the ingredients without bread.
Pour the mixture into dish that you can dip the slices in it.
Dip each slice of bread on every side,and place it on the pan.
Cook for about a minute on each side.
Serve with peanut butter or sugar free syrups (optional).
