Homemade delicious protein bars!
3 scoops protein powder
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
150 gr. peanut butter
In a large mixing bowl,stir the protein powder and the milk together.
After its mixed add the other ingredients and mix very well.
After this,place the mixture in baking dish and spread.
Put in the fridge to tight for couple hours.
After its ready,cut into bars and serve.
