Really easy and healthy side dish.
1 clove garlic
Pinch of pepper
Boil the potatoes in water for 20min or until soft.
After they are boiled,drain the water and let them sit in the pot.
In a bowl,crush the garlic clove and add the milk and pepper.Mix it.
Add the milk to the boiled potatoes and make a puree with hand blender or potatoto masher.
Serve in a plates with 1tbsp butter on the top for taste.
