Fast idea for lunch.

2 slices multigrain or whole wheat bread
2tbsp marinara sauce
60gr fat free or low fat mozzarela cheese
1tsp grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Smear each slice of bread with 1tbsp marinara sauce.
Place the mozzarela on the first slice.Sprinkle with parmesan.
Place the second slice on the first slice.
Bake on a pan for 5-6min until cheese is melted.
