Tasty and delicious breakfast.
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup milk or water
1 scoop protein powder
1tbsp sugar free jelly or jam
1tbsp peanut butter
1tbsp liquid sweetener or stevia
Combine the oats with milk in a bowl and put into microwave for 2min.
After it is cooked put the other ingredients one by one and stir to combine well.
You can top with some mapple syrup and fruits.
Serve warm and Enjoy this yummy oatmeal.
