1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup milk or water
1 scoop protein powder
1tbsp cocoa powder
1tbsp liquid sweetener or stevia
1tbsp peanut butter
Put the oats with the milk in a bowl and put into microwave for 2 min.
After it is cooked put the other ingredients in the bowl and stir to combine well.
Serve hot and enjoy!
