Biscuit cake with rice cakes and cottage cheese!
1tbsp stevia or liquid sweetener
1tsp lemon zest
150gr. cottage cheese or whey quark
3 rice cakes
10gr. dark chocolate
Combine the stevia and the cinnamon in the milk.
Grate the lemon zest.
In a bowl,combine the milk,zest and the cottage cheese and mix.Use a hand blender or mixer.
In a cake form,place the rice cakes and pour the cream on them.
Grate the chocolate on the top.
Let the cake rest in fridge for 2-3 hours to tight.
Serve and enjoy!
