1 can chickpea
300gr canned tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1tbsp olive oil
2tsp ground ginger
150gr vegetable broth
pinch of salt and pepper
Smash the garlic and chop the onion.Steam them in a pot with the olive oil for 2min.
Add the cumin,ginger and coriander to the pan.Cook everything until soft.
Add the drained chickpeas,broth and tomatoes,cover the pot and simmer for 10min.
You can eat this mealwith brown rice or green beans.
