Healthy and sweet sunday breakfast!
2 whole eggs
4 slices whole wheat bread
Beat the eggs into large bowl or plate.If you use cinnamon and sugar,put them also in the bowl.
Next is to dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture on each side.
Preheat a non stick pan and spray with cooking spray.
Put the slices of bread on it and fry for 1-2 min. per side.
Place the cooked bread on a plate and top with the suggested toppings. Good combinations are peanut butter and jam,cream cheese and jam and nuttela and peanut butter.Serve and enjoy!
