450gr. flounder fillets
2tsp olive oil
450gr canned tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 garlic clove
150gr. apple juice
100gr. tomato juice
50gr lemon juice
50gr. orange juice
1tbsp orange zest
1tbsp dill
1tbsp oregano
1tbsp thyme
1tbsp basil
1/4tsp black pepper
1 onion

Drain the canned tomatoes and cut them.
Preheat a pan with olive oil.
Chop the onion and add to the pan.
Steam for 5min until soft.
Add everything without the fish in the pan,stir and simmer for 30min.
When its done remove from the heat.
Place the fillets in a baking dish and pour over them the mixture from the pan.
Preheat the oven to 250C degrees and bake the fish for 15min.
Serve and enjoy!
