LOW CARB PIZZA

Healthy low carb pizza for breakfast.

Ingredients:
1cup egg whites  (about 6)
2tbsp tomato paste or puree
Oregano
Basil
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking:
Preheat a pan and spray with cooking spray or Olive oil.
Pour the egg whites and cook like an omelette.
After its cooked,turn the heat off and spread the paste with the seasonings.
Top with the mozzarella and put the lid of the pan on it and wait the cheese to melt.
Place the cooked pizza on a plate and if you want you can top with some ketchup,mayonnaise or mustard.
Eat hot and Enjoy!
