Baked lamb with potatoes.
500gr lamb fillet
100ml olive oil
15gr fresh rosemary
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper
Get a baking dish and put the meat in it.Season with salt and pepper.
Crush the garlic and mix with olive oil,rosemary,oregano and thyme in a bowl.Cover the meat with this mixture.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.Put them around the meat in the baking dish.Season them.
Pour the wine and water in the dish.Cover with aluminium foil.
Bake for 2 hours on 200C degrees.
