180ml sunflower oil
400gr. semolina
600gr. brown sugar
800ml water
2tsp cinnamon

Preheat a pot with the oil.Add the semolina and stir until golden brown.
In other pot,combine the water with brown sugar and let it boil for 10min.
After the semolina become golden brown,add the mixture from water and sugar to it.Sprinkle with the cinnamon.Reduce the heat and stir until thick.
Pour the mixture into cake form.When its hard,place it on a plate and sprinkle with a little bit of more cinnamon.
