High protein cake for breakfast or post workout.
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp shredded coconut
3 egg whites
1 large banana
20 gr. dried cranberries
2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
In blender,blend the oats,banana,eggs,egg whites and the cocoa.
After blending, add the baking powder and stir.
Pour in cake mold or other baking dish.
Add the cranberries and mix.
Bake for about 20 min. or until cooked.
After this sprinkle the shredded coconut on the top.
Cut into pieces and serve.
