500gr minced beef
1tsp cumin
1tsp black pepper
100gr milk
1 head onion
1 slice multigrain bread

Soak the bread the slice in the milk and squeeze.
Cut the onion and add to a bowl.
Break the bread into pieces and add to the bowl.
Add the mince and the seasonings to the bowl also and mix everything.
Form about 12-15 meatballs.
Turn on the glill and cook the meatballs until they are done.
Serve with boiled potatoes or green salad for healthy meal.
