GRANOLA

Perfect recipe for breakfast.Healthy,tasty and delicious.Yummy!

Ingredients:
250gr. rolled oats
250gr. kinoa(quinoa)(uncooked)
50gr. raw pumpkin seeds
50gr. raw sunflower seeds
25gr. chia seeds
50gr. walnuts
20gr. shredded coconut
25gr. shredded flaxseeds
25gr. dried cranberries or goji berries
1tbsp coconut oil
2tbsp honey
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 160C degrees.Put the oats with the kinoa on a sheet pan or other baking dish and bake for 10 min.
After its baked,put in a large mixing bowl and add the pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,chia,walnuts,coconut and the flaxseeds.
In other bowl combine the coconut oil,honey,vanilla,cinnamon and salt and mix.
Pour the wet ingredients on the dry ingredients and mix.
After its mixed,spread on a baking dish and bake for 20min. on 150C degrees,or until golden brown.
After the baking,add the dried fruits and mix.Let it cool.
You can eat this with yogurt,milk or just eat like that.It is very tasty.
