2 garlic cloves
1/2 red onion
2 celery stalks
900gr tomato sauce
1/4cup olive oil
25ml wine vinegar
2tbsp granulated sugar
1tbsp tabasco sauce
Cut in fine pieces the garlic,onion,cucumber,tomatoes,celery and zucchini.
In a blender,put half of the garlic,onion,cucumber,tomatoes,celery and zucchini.Pour the half of the tomato sauce also.Add the olive oil,vinegar,sugar,tabasco and salt.Blend well everything.
Pour in a large bowl and add the other half of every ingredient.Mix well.
Put in the fridge to cool completely and serve.You can top with some avocado slices and coriander.
