FITNESS SALAD

100gr beet
4 medium carrots
200gr spinach

Wash the spinach and cut it in a bowl.
Peel the beet,grate and strain the juice.After that,put it in the bowl with spinach.
Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl.
Make a dressing with some lemon juice,olive oil and salt.Pour it on the salad.
Sprinkle with some sesame seeds or crushed walnuts.
