1 can tuna in water
2tbsp rolled oats
1 whole egg
Spices of your choice,I prefer red,black and chili pepper.
1/2 cup canned corn
Cut the cucumber.Put it in a lunch box.Season with salt and pepper. You can add lemon juice.Next is to add the corn to the box,and season it also.In other larger bowl,put the drained tuna,oats,egg and the spices.Mix with hands to form a mince.Let it sit for 5min.Preheat a non stick pan and spray with cooking spray or olive oil.Form the mince into two parties and cook on the pan for 3-5 min. per side. After they are cooked add them to the lunch box with the cucumber and corn. (Optional is to drizzle a little bit chili sauce and mustard on the top).
