Really easy to prepare.
50gr. dry cranberries
2tbsp ground ginger
Soak the cranberries in warm water for 10min to soft.Drain them.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Peel the oranges.Cut them into pieces.
Combine everything in a bowl and mix.Leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve with some chopped nuts on the top.
