Really tasty and Healthy!
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup milk or water
1 scoop protein powder
1tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp liquid sweetener
Sugar free syrup
Place all of the ingredients in a blender without the toppings and blend for about 30sec.
Preheat a non stick pan and spray with cooking spray or Olive oil.
Pour some of the batter on the pan and cook like a normal pancakes.
Serve with the suggested toppings or use yours.
