Healthy swap out for chicken and rice.
1/2 head red onion
2 cups chicken broth
3 garlic cloves
550 gr. broccoli florets
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp paprika
400 gr. kinoa uncooked
6 chicken breast
1.Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
2.Mix everything without the chicken,broccoli and kinoa in a bowl.
3.In a sheet pan or other baking dish,spread the kinoa,place the chicken breasts and broccoli on the top and pour the mixture from the other ingredients on it.
4.Bake for about an hour and flip the chicken,after the first 30 min.
5.Serve and enjoy!
