2tbsp olive oil
100gr. carrots
100gr. celery
100gr. onion
2 cups water
3 cups chicken broth
100gr. raw quinoa
50gr. parsley.
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2tsp salt
400gr. chicken meat(breast or drumsticks)

Chop the carrots,parlsey,onion and celery.
Boil the meat and cut into pieces.
Prepare the chicken stock.
Preheat a large pot with olive oil to a medium heat.Add to it the choped vegetables.Steam for 5min.
After this pour the water and chicken stock and let it become to boil.
After it becomes to boil,add the quinoa and chicken.Add the garlic powder,pepper and salt.
Cover the pot,reduce the heat and it cook for 20min.
That's it.
