200gr. chicken fillets or breasts
1 celery stalk
2 medium potatoes
4 cups water
1tbsp cooking cream
2tbsp plain flour
1 head cauliflower
seasonings of your choice
Chop the onion.Peel the potatoes and carrots and chop them.Chop the celery and cauliflower.
Preheat a large pot and cover with some oil.
Put the celery and carrots in the pot with the seasonings.
Cook for 5min until soft.
Cut the chicken and add to the pot.Add the potatoes,cauliflower and water.
Cover the pot and leave it to boil.After boiling,reduce the heat and continue cooking until everything is cooked.
In a bowl combine the flour with the cream.Add constantly to the pot,while stirring.Simmer for 2-3min and serve.
