CAULIFLOWER PUREE

Ingredients:
450gr cauliflower florets
Pinch of salt
Pinch of onion powder
50gr sour cream

Cooking:
Boil the cauliflower in water until soft.After that drain the water.
Put the boiled cauliflower into blender or food processor with the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Let it cool and serve.
