Healthy version of this dessert.
2 cups cottage cheese
10 egg whites
1/2 cup water or milk
1 tbsp liquid sweetener or stevia
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Warm up the water or milk and add the stevia,cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Next is to add the egg whites and eggs to the water or milk and mix.
After that,add the cottage cheese to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180-190C degrees and bake the cream in it for 20min.
Let it cool after baking and serve into cups or bowls.
