BEER BREAD

Easy to prepare and tasty.

600gr plain flour
2tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1/2cup granulated sugar
1 can beer
50gr. butter

Combine the flour,soda and salt in a bowl and mix.
Add the sugar and beer and mix well.
Cover a bread mold with oil and pour the dough in it.
Bake on 180C degrees for 45min.
After 30min of baking,melt the butter and pour on the top of the bread.Back in the oven for 15min.
