BAKED BROCCOLI WITH EGGS

Really easy,and healthy meal.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
200gr cottage cheese or whey quark
1tsp salt
pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste
1tbsp olive oil
450gr. frozen broccoli

Cooking:
Boil the broccoli in hot water for 4-5min or until soft.
After they are boiled,drain the hot water and pour cold water on them for 1-2min.After this drain the water and place the broccoli on a sheet pan or other baking dish.Toss with the olive oil and mix the broccoli to spread the olive oil on each floret.
Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese and pour on the broccoli.Season with the seasonings.
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
Bake for 20-25min.
Serve and enjoy!
