BACON ROLLS

350gr whole wheat flour
1cup water
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt
1tsp yeast
100gr bacon
1tsp thyme
pinch of chili powder

Cooking:
Make a dough with the flour,water,olive oil,salt and yeast.
When its done cover with foil and refrigerate for couple hours.
Preheat the oven to 200C degrees.
Roll out the dough and form a rectangle.
Brush with olive oil.
Cut the bacon into pieces and place on the dough,Sprinkle with thyme.
Roll the dough to make one big roll and cut into pieces with 2cm thickness.
Place the the rolls on a baking dish,covered with baking paper and bake for 15min until golden brown.
You can sprinkle a little bit of cheese on the top of each roll for taste.
Serve and enjoy.
